St Paul probably had something else in mind when he spoke in 2 Corinthians 3:18 about our unveiled faces reflecting the glory of God :) but doesn’t it feel like a significant threshold that we have crossed, now that the last of the Covid regulations have been repealed?

What this means for us on Sundays is that there are no longer any limitations on seating or the numbers of people attending in-person services and, while you are welcome to continue to wear a face mask, this is no longer a requirement. Essentially then, each of us needs to take responsibility for our own health – making use of the hand-sanitiser at the doors and being appropriately cautious if we are concerned about co-morbidities.

Having said that, I am quite excited to be getting to see some of your faces for the first time! I’m looking forward to seeing you on Sunday then as we wrap up this short preaching series on Resilience with Ruth’s story.
